The TTP223 Touch Key Module is a capacitive touch sensor based on the TTP223 IC, designed to replace traditional mechanical buttons with a reliable touch-based interface. It features a single touch-sensitive area measuring 11 × 10.5 mm, with an approximate sensing range of up to 5 mm.
An onboard LED provides a visual indication when the sensor is activated. By default, the module outputs a HIGH signal when touched and remains LOW in idle state. Using solder jumpers, the output behavior can be reconfigured to support active LOW operation or toggle (latching) mode.
This module is simple to use and ideal for applications requiring a compact and durable touch input solution.
Operating Modes (Trigger Configuration)
(1 = Shorted, 0 = Open)
- AB = 00 → Momentary (no-lock), Active HIGH output
- AB = 01 → Toggle (self-lock), Active HIGH output
- AB = 10 → Momentary (no-lock), Active LOW output
- AB = 11 → Toggle (self-lock), Active LOW output
